Stopped by to check on our garden after yesterday's heavy rain. Thankfully, no damage was done.  Everything looks beautiful and ready to harvest midweek for some of our big events next weekend.

We're catering for the band Phish for three days at FirstMerit Bank Pavilion. Phish is known for wanting to source their food from farms as near to the venue as possible. We'll have plenty to choose from in our own organic garden, located right next door to our catering kitchen: Tuscano, Red Bor and Red Russian Kale, Bright Lights Swiss Chard, Sylvetta Arugula, Chioggia, Red Ace and Touchstone Gold Beets, Purple Haze and Ya Ya Carrots, Easter Egg and D'avignon Radishes, Scallions, Italian Parsley, a variety of basil and other herbs. 

We'll also be catering backstage at Pitchfork Music Festival, so we'll also be incorporating some of our own vegetables and herbs into the dishes backstage and in our vendor tent.
