Our garden manager, Katie, and intern, Deja, are busy this morning (along with a couple kids from the school down the street). All the rain and sun have certainly helped the growth of our vegetables. Today they harvested Beets and Beet Greens (we'll use for Phish's juice bar), tons of Kale, Chard, Basil, Scallions, Ya Ya Carrots, Sylvetta Arugula, and a variety of herbs.
